NLVPOA Representation Request Procedures:

All requests for representation at any interrogations shall be submitted using the attached form and submitted to the NLVPOA Board Chairman or the member's Board Representative.

The form must be completely filled out and signed.

NLVPOA Grievence Procedures:

All written grievances shall be filed in accordance with Article 23 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between CNLV and NLVPOA, and on a Grievance Complaint Form (revised 10/03), and signed.
